Day 7 – Praying for Strength

“The Lord is my strength and my shield; my heart trusts in Him, and He helps me.”

— Psalm 28:7

🙏 Prayer

Heavenly Father,

We come before You today acknowledging our weakness and our need for You. When we feel tired, overwhelmed, or discouraged, remind us that Your strength is made perfect in our weakness. Renew our spirits and lift us when we feel unable to go on.

Lord, strengthen those who are carrying heavy burdens, facing difficult decisions, or walking through trials. Give courage to the weary, endurance to the struggling, and hope to those who feel discouraged. Let Your strength sustain us today and guide us forward in faith.

We place our trust in You, knowing that You are our refuge and our strength.

Amen.

💭 Reflection

Strength does not always mean having all the answers or never feeling weak. True strength is found in surrendering to God and trusting Him to carry us when we cannot carry ourselves. When we lean on the Lord, He renews our strength and equips us to move forward with faith, courage, and peace.
